Our Natural Jumbo Oats are made from oat groats that have been steamed and then flattened with heavy rollers. Popularly consumed as porridge with milk or yogurt they are best had with a dash of cinnamon, fruits, nuts, or seeds. It makes for a great gluten free, no cooking breakfast as overnight oats.
