Are IKAI products certified organic?
IKAI products are certified organic by PGS-India and FSSAI. Every batch is also tested in our lab, and you can read the reports/COA on our product page.
Where does IKAI source its food from?
We work with small farmers and communities in Assam, Meghalaya, Bihar, Mizoram, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Kashmir, and source some ingredients through trusted traders. Each product page names its region of origin.
What makes IKAI different from regular organic stores?
We focus on heirloom and regional foods that are hard to find elsewhere, such as Joha rice, Lakadong turmeric, Assam black rice, Sattu and wild forest produce, alongside everyday staples
Can I get a monthly grocery supply from IKAI?
Yes. Choose a ready Monthly Ration by household size, or build your own. You can also pick a curated combo.
What are the shipping charges, and is Cash on Delivery available?
Shipping is free above ₹799, and COD is available above ₹1,000. Larger orders earn extra discounts, so check the offers banner at the top of the site.
How do you keep your products fresh and safe?
We process in small batches, use food-grade packaging, and use traditional methods for selected products. We also add food-grade oxygen absorbers allowed by FSSAI and PGS, to increase shelf life.
Are your products gluten-free?
Many are, including our millet, buckwheat, sattu and sprouted ragi and maize flours, and each is labelled on its product page. Always check the label if you have an allergy or medical need.
