Ingredients :
- Ikai Organic Khasi sticky rice: 1 cup (soaked 4–6 hours).
- Banana leaves: 8 medium pieces (or foil).
- Cabbage: ½ cup finely chopped.
- Carrots: ½ cup julienned.
- Green beans: ½ cup chopped.
- Onion: ½ cup sliced.
- Ikai Organic Ginger Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Ikai Organic Sunflower Oil: 1 tsp.
- Salt & pepper: To taste.
Method: Saute veggies 3–4 min with ginger, salt and pepper. Mix with drained rice. Wrap in banana leaves, steam 25–35 min in steamer pot.
Serving Suggestion: Slice rolls, serve hot with black sesame chutney or soy-ginger dip; ideal festival snack or starter.
