Sattu Chhaach (Buttermilk)

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp sattu

  • 3 tbsp fresh yogurt (curd),

  •  1 cup chilled water, 

  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder, 

  • 1/4 tsp black salt,

  •  regular salt to taste,

  •  2-3 mint leaves, 

  • 1/2 green chilli (optional).

Method

    • Add all ingredients to a blender.

    • Blend until smooth and frothy.

    • Serve immediately with a garnish of coriander.
