Jeera is anti-flatulent, antioxidant and excellent for dental hygiene. Rich in fibre and iron, it is ideal for asthma, bronchitis, IBS, insomnia, gas, bloating, anaemia, diabetes and cardiovascular problems. Use it liberally in cooking or brew and sip it as a digestive.
